Flaherty & Collins Properties developed this mixed-use development located in Fishers, IN. We created many interior and exterior renderings to focus on the highlights of the property. From the pool to the courtyard, fitness room, and common areas, the goal was to entice renters by making them feel at home before the property was constructed. Our clients requested illustrations as well an animation to aid in the rental of the apartments. Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Mental Ray were used to complete this project.
