Arlington, VA is a hot location by anyone’s standards. Pentagon Row was in need of renovation to keep up with the competition and make this space beautiful. In executing renderings for this project, we modeled the existing property and referenced photos to glean the correct size and scale of the buildings. Photographs were also used to accurately depict the facade. Next, the design created by Mayhan Rykiel Associates, Inc., was used to model, light, and texture the updated property. Boutiques, a skating rink, and a water feature for children are just some of the characteristics of this property that were rendered. Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Mental Ray were used to complete this project.
