F13 was commissioned to generate an image for this 40,000 sq.ft. town center. It will consist of retail, office, restaurants, and community happenings. The vision for Clarksville Commons includes a strong commitment to the environment. A bold statement be made using sustainable and renewable energy, reuse of stormwater, and limiting runoff. This ‘green’ project was modeled using SketchUp, 3DS Max and Revit and it was rendered using Corona 1.3. Photoshop and ArionFX were used in the post production process.
