This project was unlike most other projects on which we work. The architectural piece was fairly standard. A series of renderings were created to show the main auction building on the ground level and then an aerial was created to show the entire property. The unique piece was involved in the previously mentioned aerial as the property owner needed to represent space for 5000 vehicles which caused a scenario where we needed to place 40,000 trees. This enabled the ability to see the roads that lead to this property. Finally, we made the decision to mass the surrounding neighborhoods to ensure that the illustration appeared to be 3D and not flat. Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Mental Ray were used to complete this project.
